Azure complies with leading international and industryspecific compliance standards and legislation, including ISO 27001, SOC 2 and GDPR. All data within the Imparta Azure Secure Area is processed in accordance with Microsoft’s security commitments and subject to continuous monitoring, encryption and proactive risk management.
- General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR): Imparta ensures GDPR compliance through the lawful collection, processing and storage of personal data, supported by encryption, secure access controls, multi-factor authentication, regular audits and an established incident response process. Imparta will never train AI models on client data.
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) System: The RAG approach allows i-Coach® AI to incorporate client-specific information without needing fine-tuning of the Large Language Model (LLM). This reduces risks associated with data exposure during model training or adaptation.
- Client Information Integration: While integrating client data such as CRM details or product/service information, Imparta ensures that this process respects data privacy norms by using secure APIs and encryption methods to prevent unauthorised access or leaks.

WHAT IS AGENTIC AI?
Most AI tools wait for you to give them instructions. They’re helpful, but you have to tell them what to do each step of the way.
Agentic AI is different because it adds autonomy - it sets sub-goals, makes plans, takes actions and personalises its approach based on your context and preferences. i-Coach® AI uses an agentic architecture, where software agents understand context, adapt to you, decide the next best actions and execute them.
Normal AI is a helpful assistant you must direct, while Agentic AI is a proactive colleague or coach who figures out the best way to get things done.
WHAT IS AN ORCHESTRATOR?
Normal AI waits for instructions and typically handles one task at a time.
i-Coach® AI uses multiple agents, each with a specific role; for example, one might manage call analysis, another deal planning and another an adaptive coach. The orchestrator coordinates all of them, determining which agent should act, passing information between agents and ensuring everything works together smoothly to achieve the final goal. You interact with the orchestrator as your single point of entry, giving you access to the full capabilities of all agents without managing each one individually.
Think of normal AI as a personal assistant, while orchestrators are your point of contact to a whole team of experts working behind the scenes.
WHAT IS RAG?
Normal AI tries to answer questions directly, which can sometimes miss key facts.
i-Coach® AI uses a RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) system to improve accuracy. When you ask a question, it first searches trusted sources, such as Imparta’s 1.5 million words of sales best practice, your organisation’s knowledge base or other vetted content and retrieves the most relevant information.
Think of normal AI as a smart guesser, while RAG is like a librarianplus- writer team: it checks the shelves first, then crafts a response using what it finds.
