Imparta wins two bronze awards in Brandon Hall Group’s Excellence in Technology Awards.

The 2024 Brandon Hall Group Excellence in Awards™ are given for work in Learning and Development, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Sales Enablement, Future of Work, and Education Technology.

Imparta Ltd, a global leader in performance improvement across sales, account management, negotiation, customer success, and customer experience, won two coveted Brandon Hall Group Bronze awards for excellence in the Best Generative AI Sales Enablement Technology and Best Advance in Generative AI Learning Solution categories.

Richard Barkey, Founder and CEO at Imparta, said, “Most AI solutions in sales enablement are focused on a few narrow use-cases, and don’t understand sales best practice. We are delighted that Brandon Hall has recognised i-Coach AI, on a global stage, as the first IP-aware sales AI. i-Coach AI tackles the real challenges sales teams face: helping managers to coach and lead, and supporting sales teams with context-specific insights, expert skills assessment, coaching and IP-aware simulations, and actionable advice right in the flow of work.”

Megan Andrew, Head of Platform & AI at Imparta, said “These awards highlight the incredible progress i-Coach AI has made in harnessing the power of generative AI to transform sales enablement and learning. They are a reflection of our team’s endless ambition for innovation and dedication to redefining what AI can achieve in these fields. i-Coach AI is not only meeting but exceeding the expectations of our clients, setting new benchmarks for AI-driven performance improvement. We’re thrilled by this recognition and look forward to unveiling the next wave of advancements that will continue to shape the future of AI in our industry.”

Entries were evaluated by a panel of veteran, independent senior industry experts, Brandon Hall Group analysts, and executives based upon these criteria: fit the need, program design, functionality, innovation, and overall measurable benefits.

“In our 31st year, the Excellence in Technology Awards continue to showcase the best innovations in learning, talent management, talent acquisition, HR, workforce management, and sales enablement technologies. We are proud to receive applications from a diverse range of organizations globally, reflecting the ever-evolving landscape of technology solutions,” said Brandon Hall Group Chief Operating Officer Rachel Cooke, leader of the Excellence Awards program.
