Content

Content is key when it comes to learning. At Imparta we continuously update and enhance both our classroom and digital content. We use the latest authoring software to provide learners with rich, modern, and fun content, using a blend of mediums to deliver an effective Kolb-based learning experience. Content including:

  • Engaging videos and animations
  • Interactive games and mini-simulations
  • Challenging quizzes and other knowledge checks

e-Cards

e-Cards are a microlearning function within i-Coach. After a physical or virtual workshop, the learner is sent a series of quiz questions based on the content. The topics and frequency of the questions dynamically adapt based on the user’s responses. The use of e-Cards can lead to:

  • Higher adoption and reinforcement of methodology
  • Greater retention of practical concepts
  • Improved sales performance

Insights

Insights are the latest generation of reporting and analytics within the i-Coach platform. Insights are the visualization functionality that brings rich learning data to life. Insights are designed to bring the following benefits:

  • An efficient method to identify and visualize skill gaps
  • A quicker and easier view into individual and team performance metrics
  • The ability to draw correlations between learning assets and sales performance

Explore

Explore is a place for ad hoc access to content and resources. Resources can consist of multiple assets from a variety of formats. Designed for the curious seller, Explore embraces the move towards working within the flow of work. Functionality allows for:

  • Random access to bize-sized chunks of learning content to curate into playlists
  • Easy access to an organization’s latest sales resources such as case studies, product info, and legal documents
  • The ability for individuals to contribute content and tips for the benefit of their wider team

Canvas for Salesforce.com

Drive learning in the flow of work by reinforcing methodology in the time and place of need, with learning assets and interactive tools. We have developed our Canvases for integration with Salesforce.com, (with other CRMs soon to follow). Canvas for Salesforce.com allows you to:

  • Embed methodology tools and content into the sales process

My Events

Even in a system of learning within the flow of work, knowledge transfer events are still needed. Covid has forced us to think in terms of higher frequency and shorter sessions. We introduced My Events to bring this all to life. Users are able to:

  • Find all logistics for their event including physical or virtual locations
  • Learn about who will be training them including a full bio
  • Get any and all materials required for the event

Engage

Engage is a homepage feature serving as a news feed, collaboration hub, and notification centre for i-Coach users. Peer-to-peer sharing of content is key to performance improvement. Engage is designed to achieve:

  • A place to share tips and best practices with their peers
  • A place to elicit help and advice from their colleagues in order to help get over sales process blockers
  • A place to view all outstanding courses, tasks, and events as well as notifications and reminders

Mobile

It is key to deliver content and activities to sellers wherever they are, which is why we developed our mobile version of i-Coach, ‘I-Coach GO’. I-Coach Go provides all the customer facing functionality of i-Coach to user’s via:

  • Apple iOS device
  • Android device
  • Tablet device
