EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING

We learn new skills through experience, not lectures. This vision was what led to Imparta being founded in 1997.

All our 180+ training modules are available in-person, virtually, and as eLearning. In all cases, each follows Kolb’s Experiential Learning Cycle.

Our training builds skill and mindset, not just knowledge.

MULTI-MODAL LEARNING

The whole sales team, from leaders to front-line staff, learn through a range of activities that include in-person and virtual instructor-led training, manager-led training, and eLearning.

GLOBAL TRAINING, LOCAL DELIVERY

The teams receive instructor-led training in local language from one of Imparta’s 100 certified trainers, operating in 60 countries. What they learn is consistent with their colleagues around the world, but tailored to local business practices and cultural norms.

EXPERIENTIAL eLEARNING

The sales team has access to a full eLearning curriculum hosted on Imparta’s platform or on their existing one. Each module helps participants to understand the limitations of their current approach, before introducing research-based best practices and opportunities to practice, often using AI roleplays.
