‘Following the UK referendum on EU membership, I wanted to reassure all our clients that Imparta remains committed to supporting you on a global basis. We have offices, trainers and partners around Europe and around the world, and complex, multinational training interventions – as well as an international perspective – are embedded in our DNA. We are proud of our ability to build consistent skills across sales and service teams, while adapting to local market conditions and cultural differences.
There is clearly uncertainty following the vote, but Imparta is a strong, financially secure business with the majority of our revenue coming from outside the UK. We will respond to the changing environment as necessary, in order to protect our ability to serve our European (and global) client base with the same care, skill and flexibility as we always have.
Even though the UK has narrowly made the decision to walk away from EU membership (if not friendship), I wish to reaffirm our – and my personal – commitment to Europe, and to you our clients.’
