To become an ISM Endorsed Training Partner our materials, delivery methods and standards are assessed by the ISM’s Education team to ensure quality against industry standards.

Learners who undertake an ISM Endorsed course can have full confidence that the Endorsed Training Partner has undergone a thorough process to ensure the highest quality of provision is in place and meets the National Occupational Standards for Sales.

McCabe went on to asses Imparta’s Creating Client Value program as, ‘Overall a very comprehensive, well planned and well put together training programme. The content is of a high quality and clearly meets the stated objectives. The training program aligns directly with the requirements for creating value and consultative selling in sales.’

Imparta’s Creating Client Value program was the subject of the ISM’s assessment process and has been helping salespeople to drive revenue growth for over two decades, in companies such as Intel, Cisco, Schindler, Trelleborg, Telefónica, Lonza and WPP.

By endorsing Creating Client Value, the ISM, by extension, endorses Imparta’s other sales programs. As well as looking at the quality of programs, the Institute also review quality assurance standards to ensure courses are well-designed, well-tailored and are delivered to a consistently high level.
