Imparta has been awarded the status of Accredited Learning Provider for the Sixth Year by the Learning and Performance Institute (LPI). As stated by the LPI this is due to Imparta’s commitment to high quality and process improvement in the provision of learning, development and training services to clients.
The Accreditation process is designed to assess conformance to the LPI’s Code of Practice, on the LPI website. The rigorous process involves an Accreditation Mentor assessing conformance through a consultative review where interviews were conducted and supporting evidence reviewed. Imparta performed at an expert level of competence on all measures, scoring 100% in all but one of the KPIs, greatly outperforming the average KPI scores for training companies, as shown here:
