Imparta won six 2017 Stevie® Awards for sales and customer service, highlighted by winning gold for both Sales Training Practice of the Year and Sales Consulting Practice of the Year.

Cisco Wins Silver for Best Sales Onboarding Programme in the Brandon Hall Human Capital Management Excellence Awards
Our client Cisco have won a Silver Award in the prestigious Brandon Hall Human Capital Management Excellence Awards announced on the 7th September. Their winning programme, the Cisco Global Virtual Sales and Customer Success Onboarding Programme, is a comprehensive digital sales induction that is being deployed in over 40 countries with a target audience of 3000 salespeople. The programme, developed in collaboration with Imparta, includes over 80 hours of sales training based on Imparta’s Creating Client Value methodology and incorporates modules on Cisco’s sales process, products, channels, and customers. Uniquely the programme included advanced skills simulations, allowing new sales people to develop and practice their sales skills throughout the programme.

Accreditation with the Learning and Performance Institute for the Fourth Year in a Row
As Imparta’s ongoing commitment to the learning industry, we are very pleased to announce that we are now entering our fourth year of Learning and Performance Institute accreditation.
The accreditation process for learning providers with the LPI is rigorous, distinguishing us as a quality learning provider. Out of the 24 key performance indicators that each provider is measured against, Imparta scored 100% on 21 of them and above average on all indicators.
LPI accreditation is the globally recognised quality mark for providers of learning products, technologies, services and facilities. Accreditation continuously raises both learning standards and performance outcomes.

The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world’s top sales awards, business development awards, contact centre awards, and customer service awards. The Stevie Awards organises several of the world’s leading business awards shows, including the prestigious American Business Awards and International Business Awards.
The awards were presented to honourees during a gala banquet on Friday, February 27 at the Bellagio in Las Vegas. More than 500 executives from the USA and several other nations attended.
More than 1,900 nominations from organisations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were evaluated in this year’s competition, an increase of 27% over 2014. Finalists were determined by the average scores given by 139 professionals worldwide, who acted as preliminary judges.

Imparta Awarded the 2013 Queen’s Award for Enterprise
Imparta was awarded the 2013 Queen’s Award for Enterprise in the international trade category. This prestigious award recognised Imparta’s achievements in growing revenues from overseas markets over the previous three years, where our exports accounted for 48% of total sales and overseas earnings growth for the three-year period was 107%.
Imparta has invested heavily in our ability to deliver global roll-outs for our clients. We have created not only a global network of trainers, but also a dedicated translation and localisation team, a range of partners around the world, and dedicated Imparta companies in the US and Asia Pacific. As a result, we are continuing to see significant growth outside the UK, and were thrilled to receive this award in recognition of our efforts. It was a fantastic achievement by the whole team.
